Kid Approved Costco Snack List

Concession stands, sports activities, church & school events, and parties are not going out of style anytime soon! & more importantly- kids will be kids, and ask for snacks at home.

kids can still have fun without eating processed, inedible food our bodies don’t recognize and our kids bodies don’t recognize either. While it would be amazing to see concession stands and schools & churches serving only whole foods to educate kids (and parents) on what we should be eating, I know that we are rather far form that happening. So in the mean time, I made this list :)

A few weeks ago, my daughter was handed a pack of Oreos, Pringles, and Mott’s Apple Juice after her softball game (where they stand or sit most of the time-because, 6 yr. old softball). This really sparked me to make this list. Her “snack” contained over 50 grams of sugar. That is enough sugar for 2 days :( Not to mention she was just handed chemicals her body couldn’t recognize.

This snack list form Costco is not 100% perfect- meaning it’s not real whole foods (fruits and vegetables). However, this list contains no GMO’s, artificial colors, food dyes, MSG, aspartame, or other chemicals so it is MUCH better than most of the snacks we find at concession stands and other parties. Costco is always changing their products so this list may differ from time to time and also depending on your Costco. You can also download the list HERE!

  • Bubbly

  • Organic Coconut Water Juice Boxes. (Costco just started selling these juice boxes. I usually don’t buy juice boxes, but sometimes we do in the summer-because, summer. Kids need a lot of hydration on those hot days. These are kid approved, and 100% #hmpapproved).

  • Organic Honest Juice Boxes

  • Organic Mini Kombucha
